We are a boutique law firm that specializes in business formations and transactions, commercial real estate transactions, and litigation and dispute resolution. Our four partners have many decades of experience, the great majority of it earned while practicing law at premier Silicon Valley law firms. Our hourly rates are significantly lower than those of larger firms. Our low overhead and efficiency help make this possible. Our clients range from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and include private, family-owned and publicly owned businesses. Our clients are active in local, national and international markets.
Our work often involves international components, and we maintain close ties with major law firms having strong presences in the key business markets of the world.
We have strong consulting attorney relationships with a number, usually ten or more, of highly experienced practitioners who specialize in corporate, litigation, real estate and intellectual property matters. All our consulting attorneys were trained and have experience working in major Silicon Valley law firms. These consulting relationships enable us to flexibly and seamlessly handle larger matters that call for greater attorney staffing.
We recognize that businesses today have many choices of where to go for their legal needs. We also understand that client sensitivity about legal costs continues at an all-time high. It is a key element of our firm’s mission to make our clients feel that they consistently are receiving high quality legal services at reasonable prices.
Although cost is important, we know that clients also highly value excellent service from their lawyers. We make it a top priority of ours to always timely return phone calls, to promptly reply to emails and to regularly keep clients up to date on matters that we are handling.
